- The box size is: 340017401650mm. The thickness of the car body is 8 cm.
- The inner and outer plates are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic for refrigerated trucks, (reflecting sunlight),
- The middle interlayer is made of polyurethane foam heat insulation material, (fire-resistant, flame-retardant and heat-insulating)
- It is pressed by a large thousand-ton press. The cabinet is equipped with stainless steel locks, stainless steel corners, stainless steel door frames, ceiling lights and anti-collision blocks.
- Optional installation of aluminum alloy air guide groove, the air guide groove can blow the cold air evenly at the bottom of the car body.
Refrigerated truck insulation material of our refrigerated and insulated trucks is imported XPS, with water absorption ≤1, thermal conductivity ≤0.028W/mk, compression resistance ≥150Kpa, and density 30~45kg/m3.

It has the advantages of strong impact and no leakage. It has good corrosion resistance and aging resistance to the atmosphere, water, acid, alkali, salt and other media.
By optimizing the design, the center of mass of the vehicle is reduced and the effective volume is increased. After testing, the overall energy-saving rate and service life of the whole vehicle are 1 to 2 times higher than that of general refrigerated incubators.
