One. Multifunctional truck crane classification
1.Flatbed Transport Truck mounted crane
Structure: Install a climbing ladder at the rear of the truck-mounted cargo box (as shown in the figure above), with a slope, the bottom plate uses 5mm to 10mm thick checkered plates, and the bottom longitudinal beams and cross beams of the cargo box use square tubes;
Uses: Mainly used for pulling excavators, harvesters and other construction machinery;
Optional configuration: Both sides of the cargo box can be equipped with manual or hydraulic expansion, and the ladder can be equipped with hydraulic expansion.
2. Wrecker tow truck with crane
Structure: add a crane on the basis of the wrecker (pictured above) , equipped with a hydraulic winch, made of stamping plate or checkered plate material, with a rear support arm at the tail;
Purpose: Mainly used for vehicle rescue, the vehicle can be directly hoisted and placed on the rescue vehicle, which is convenient and quick;
3. Dump truck crane
Structure: Two-stage hydraulic cylinders are installed at the bottom of the truck-mounted cargo box (as shown above) , and the distance between the beams at the bottom of the cargo box is controlled within 25-30 cm;
Purpose: It can realize automatic unloading, mainly when transporting sand, bricks, and waste products, it can be unloaded with one key, and the work efficiency is high;
4.truck crane with sling basket
Structure: Install a gondola at the front end of the boom of the truck mounted crane (as shown above) ;
Uses: Mainly used for high-altitude operations, convenient for street lights or circuit maintenance, and exterior decoration of high-rise buildings, etc.;
5.Truck mounted crane with drilling machine
Structure: Install a spiral high-strength drill bit on the boom (as shown in the picture above) , transmit power through a hydraulic pump, and integrate three functions of lifting, transportation, and drilling;
Purpose: mainly used in drilling, planting trees, planting electric poles and digging pits;
6.Truck mounted crane with grab wood, grab brick machine
Structure: Install a wood grab and a brick grab machine at the front end of the boom (as shown in the picture above) , realize automatic contraction through the hydraulic system, and retract freely;
Purpose: It can lift wood or bricks in batches, saving lifting time and car cost;
