When buying bulk feed trucks, our feed manufacturers will give live demonstrations to feed truck users. However, some users have forgotten the operation process of feed trucks after going back.
Now we describe the operation method of the electric unloading feed truck in the form of pictures and texts, hoping to help those who will not operate.
Bulk feed trucks on the market are divided into electric (three-phase electric) unloading and hydraulic unloading.
- First, we park the feed truck close to the tower that needs to be unloaded.
- Plug in the three-phase power supply or switch to the vehicle generator power supply (use voltage is stable at 380V, frequency 50HZ).
- Click the hydraulic start button in the operation box
(Icon 1), then operate the movable auger above the roof, rotate (Icon 2) to ascend, rotate (Icon 3) turn left or right to align it with the discharge port of the tower.
When finished, click the hydraulic stop button (icon 10) to stop the hydraulic system. (Note: The hydraulic pressure needs to be stopped when unloading. If the hydraulic pressure is left open for a long time, the control valve may be burned.)
- Place the corresponding bin control handle that needs to be unloaded, put the control handle in the first gear, and then put it into the second gear or the third gear after the flow is smooth.
Unloading must be done step by step. It is absolutely forbidden to completely open the gate handle to the fourth gear as soon as the unloading starts. The function of the fourth gear is to clear the material in the material compartment.
After the bin is emptied, close the operating handle, and complete the materials in the other bin one by one according to the same method as above.
- Press the buttons “Elevation twister start (picture 6)”, “Vertical twister start (picture 5)” and “Horizontal twister start (picture 4)” in the control box to start the discharge action . (Note: The unwinding must be done step by step, and cannot be fully opened at one time. First open one-third, then unwind smoothly and then open fully individually)
- After finishing the operation, press the “horizontal stop” button (picture 7) in the control box, wait for a few seconds, then press the “vertical twister stop” button (picture 8), and wait until the lifting When there is no material output from the auger, press the “Lifting auger stop” button (Figure 9).
Then operate the left or right turn of the lifting auger to descend and reset the position of the auger (when turning the lifting auger to reset, the vertical auger’s up and down arrows can be aligned to lower the lifting auger to the corresponding position).
Note: After the operation, return to the original state. The red lines of the arrows are aligned.
maintenance
- Add grease regularly to all grease fittings, including (bearings, clamps, worm gears) and others.
- The filter in the hydraulic oil tank must be cleaned regularly to prevent debris from entering the oil. Damage to the oil pump and motor.
- The hydraulic oil is black and non-sticky and must be replaced regularly to prevent the speed from falling and damaging the oil pump motor.
Note: Especially in the winter and cold areas, users must change the antifreeze hydraulic oil (find the hydraulic power unit on the left and rear of the tank, fill the oil port at the top, and have the oil outlet at the bottom), (the power unit button opens to let the twister move around You can reach the normal speed by running more).
