Chengli Group’s foam fire truck is composed of a car chassis and a special device for loading tanks. Special devices include power take-offs, water tanks and foam tanks, equipment boxes, pump rooms, fire pumps, vacuum pumps, foam ratio mixing devices and fire guns.
The working principle of Hubei Chengli foam fire truck: The power output of the chassis engine is driven by the power take-off device to drive the fire pump, and the water and foam are mixed in a certain proportion through the fire pump and the foam ratio mixing device, and sprayed by the fire gun Out.
Next, Xiaobian Cheng Li will show you the steps to unlock the foam fire truck, as follows:
1) Turn on the main power switch and the power indicator will light up.
2) Turn on the switch of the bubble and water level gauge to confirm whether the liquid volume is sufficient.
3) Close the water tank inlet valve.
4) Close the remaining water ball valve of the fire pump; close the ball valve of the vacuum pump.
5) Close the outlet valve of the fire pump.
6) Open the outlet valve of the water tank.
7) Open the fire monitor ball valve.
8) Open the foam diversion valve, foam proportional mixer, and foam outlet valve.
9) Adjust the foam ratio mixing device: For example, when the fire monitor model is PL32, adjust the handle to 32.
Note: When the fire monitor only needs to pour pure water, you need to close the three foam-related valves, as shown in the figure below, to ensure that the suction pipe cover is fastened.
10) Start the chassis engine, step on the clutch, turn on the power take-off switch, and slowly release the clutch. Note: Before attaching the power take-off, make sure that the air pressure of the vehicle is greater than 0.6MPA.
11) Adjust the hand throttle to keep the tachometer pointer at 2000-3000R/MIN and control the pressure of the pressure gauge at about 1MPA.
12) Foam monitors start to emit water; the range of fire monitors is usually over 50 meters, and the range of pure water is over 60 meters.
When the fire truck is working, pay attention to the foam and water level gauges. When the gauge pointer is at the lowest point, depress the clutch and remove the power take-off in time.
13) Close the water outlet valve of the tank.
14) Open the pump residual water valve, open the water tank and foam tank drain valve.
Safety precautions of Chengli foam fire truck:
1) Do not spray the water gun on the human body;
2) It is strictly forbidden to continuously vacuum the fire pump for more than 3 minutes;
3) The remaining water must be drained when the temperature is below zero; 4) When using the foam proportional mixer, the water pump cannot suck into the fire hydrant Pressure water.
